It's a very nice place to be. Also very beautiful for walking.

Went for a travel softball tournament. Decent fields. Pitchers pitch off pitching mats so no metal cleats for pitchers. There was no concession stand but the tournament director had food trucks on hand.

The park is nice overall, with multiple ball fields that are well maintained. The fields themselves were very good, and it was great to see real, working scoreboards. Safety was clearly a priorityβthe netting around the fields does a great job protecting fans in the bleachers, players in the dugouts, and even siblings at the nearby playground while games are going on. There arenβt any permanent concessions, but there were a couple of food trucks on site. Unfortunately, they were overpriced and didnβt offer much variety. The bathrooms are decentβthereβs a larger one with multiple toilets and urinals, and it looks like theyβre in the process of upgrading both the restrooms and the concession stand area. One thing that could be improved is the sink setup; the fixtures are a bit too close to the basin, making it awkward to wash your hands without bumping into the sink. The only real downside I noticed was dog waste left in common areas where kids play and teams warm up, which definitely needs to be addressed. Overall, itβs a solid park with great fields and strong safety features. With a few improvements and better upkeep in certain areas, it could be an even better experience.

Came to Dodds Park for a softball tournament. Nice facility and clean. They didn't have any concessions but a few food truck came on property.

Great place to stretch your legs, run or jog, bring out your bikes, or throw around the ball or frizbee with the dogs! Take in the freshair, beautiful green grass, & even some of the hidden gems designed to wow your imagination. Ive seen a few golfers out here too, and a couple having wedding pictures taken. Make sure to use the restroom ahead of time-came here once with the dogs and the bathrooms were locked! (Yikes)
